Yesterday, I was really diggin' the 74 Providence show. It was a beautiful matrix: everybody was clear and I really liked the elec. piano sound Keith had going on. It such a good show it "boggled" SDH.

This morning, I thought, perhaps I would try something with 74 like Mando did with 84(?). But, I was going to immerse myself a little further: preview each show in the Taper's Compendium (afterwards noting which current copies sound best and perhaps "tasting" the TC recommended show to see how far if any the quality has improved,) and following along that time period with the assorted Dead books that I have.
OTOH, I probably should get my books in order for the end of the year, make some marketing decisions, and clean out old files.

Anyone ever done an "immersion" project like this? How long of a time period do you do?
Whatever happened to the fella that was listening in chrono-order to ALL the shows? Anyone know how far he got?

Happy Holidays!
